What does that mean for you?
When you accept our quotation for your roof replacement, your deposit is insured by QANW. Once we receive quote acceptance and your deposit we will register your details. They will then contact you directly to confirm your details and send over your insurance documents. It provides an added peace of mind that your deposit is protected whilst awaiting your work start date and completion of works.
What is an insurance backed guarantee?
An insurance backed guarantee or IBG is designed to protect you against defects in the insured works where the installer has ceased trading or is unable to honour their original guarantee.
What does this cost?
As a member we are obliged to cover the cost of your insurance. You will receive this added bonus for no extra cost.
