What does it take to win CORC Roof of the Month across the UK?
In February 2022, this project put JR Roofing Lancs Ltd ahead of dozens of entries and here’s exactly how we did it.
The Project
This project involved a full flat roof replacement on a property in Lytham St Annes, using a Fibreglass GRP system.
The existing roof had multiple failure points, with recurring leaks and poor drainage causing long-term damage.
For the finished roof, we delivered a clean, modern finish with zero joins. The quality of our team’s workmanship earned the project the Flat Roof of the Month award.
The Result
The completed roof not only solved our customers issues but delivered a high quality finish that earned national recognition.
Josh Morrison, Managing Director, said: “We’re proud of this one. The standard of entries each month is high, so to be selected shows the level we’re working at.”
